4.1 What are Adjectives?
An adjective is a word that describes or modifies a noun or pronoun. It gives more information about a noun’s quality, quantity, size, shape, color, or condition.
Examples:

4.2 Types of Adjectives

Examples:

- The test was very difficult. (modifies the adjective “difficult”)
- He drives too fast. (modifies the adverb “fast”)

1. Adverbs of Manner (How?)
These describe how an action happens.
Examples:
- She sang beautifully.
- He speaks loudly.

2. Adverbs of Place (Where?)
